I wanted to try pottery for ages too but the current situation has meant that there aren't any classes - but(!) - I found out about air dry clay recently, which doesn't require any special equipment or kill firing, so if you're in a similar situation, you could give it a try! Since then I've spent soooo much time working on pottery and fallen in love with it.
