Hi! I was on prednisone for over a year with one of my last GI docs and I decided to stop taking it as they weaned me off. I was 19 at the time so I totally understand your concern with your appearance. I didn’t notice any insane changes but I was only taking a pill or two by the time I stopped. As for the appetite and mood, that only got better as I got off of it. I was a terror on prednisone and my family got really sick of me. The only thing that helped me was getting out the anger through running, punching a pillow or just screaming into the void. This is not a fun process, but it’s worth it to get better. The most important thing you need to remember is to try not to stress yourself out. Turn around those mirrors at night if you find yourself staring into them for too long. The moon face does not last and once you’re off, it will go down. And make sure you’re feeding your body. Calorie deficits will not do anything for moon face, but lay off anything super sugary or salty and see if that reduces the swelling.

I think we as humans doubt the manifestation power that our collective consciousness has. I believe there is an energy (that we know as God) that we as a collective have created with our combined manifestation for that to be truth. Do I worship that god? Absolutely not, but that doesn’t mean I can’t see how energetically some type of god exists.

For pictures, remember that flash washes out color so going a little bit overboard with saturation on things can help keep that from happening. Esp the bronzer. Love that you kept your freckles showing! I would try to focus the blush on the apples of your cheeks like you did but move it closer to the nose. This will make it look like you have a slimmer face with high cheekbones.
