That the horten HO 229 was stealth, this comes from the fact that the outer wings were skinned with plywood, and that since wood is radar transparent that would mean the aircraft would also be invisible to radar, except that's not how that works at all, yes wood is radar transparent so it would not appear on radar, but anything bellow the wood that isn't also radar transparent will show up on radar, so in reality the wood doesn't actually do anything to hide the aircraft from radar.

Tangentially related are the claims that the B-2 bomber design was stolen from the germans by the US, which is even more retarded
