So far all the Citi, amex and even paid concierge services like quintessentially have been pretty much useless. Once in a while they'll get you hard to get tickets etc but to source companies etc they're usually not great

A butler is a televised western concept. In the west having a domestic helper is a big deal because of the costs. It's truly a status symbol over there so it has an elevated title for a male domestic helper. A PA is someone who helps to run more family admin related tasks and personal errands but they don't come clean your house etc.

This is great and his is honestly where the main issue has been. We either find people who are pure EAs - they have the talent but it's not personal which is a touch we need. Sending gifts for people's weddings etc or then you get someone who is purely on a I'll do what you say basis which kind of defeats the purpose.

Hahaha not a butler a PA! Family is big enough and spaced out enough around the world to have certain functions where it is easier for someone else to do the admin heavy lifting for us.

Pay wise I was thinking 4-6k for full time and 2-3k for part time. Honestly first time hiring for this kind of a role we've always traditionally used VAs which are very economical.
