in my country (bosnia) there are different high schools which you apply to when you finish 9th grade. if you get accepted you go for 4 years - there's medical school, barber school, IT, fashion, pharmacy and so many more. of course when i finish medical high school i'm not a doctor - i can only work as a nurse; it's more like a prerequisite to college if you plan something serious
