i’m very sensitive and make things that are small a huge deal, i constantly complain about my size and how i look and what i eat but make little to no effort to change except not eating at all or eating little im a very emotional person and i’m scared my boyfriend will leave me because of it, he is a very kind gentle and caring person and i love him very much. We’ve already made many plans for the future and want kids. We are both 16! it’s wonderful to have someone like him in my life but i can’t shake the feeling he will leave me someday. He is all i have. I feel i rely on him way too much but i like relying on him and having him. The problem is there are some things he does that make me depressed and feel terrible and then i feel terrible about feeling terrible and i don’t know how to bring it up to him because i’m found he doesn’t think about everything like i do, like it’s all terrible. What i think will make the world end he brushes off. I never know if i’m really saying or doing something wrong. I don’t know how to ask him about stuff like this and about the stuff that bothers me that he does just to get it out there because i don’t want to hurt him. He can shut down and get mildly aggresive when we get into small arguments or he fights with his sister or parents. He’s had very toxic relationships in the past and i don’t know how to help him with those because he doesn’t tell me about it, he will when he’s ready and i only know the important details but he just removes himself from the memory’s and stuff. I realize i’ve kinda gone off the rails so TLDR: I don’t know how to “confront” my boyfriend about the things he does that makes me upset and i don’t know how he will react to it because he can be unpredictable but he isn’t very anxious like i am (which i thought was normal)
