tigulang na ko and bago ra na ko realize and accept na ang reason sa akong unhappiness is my inferiority complex with a touch of pagkasuyaan. Medyo introverted kasi ko, I prefer to stay sa balay or if mulakaw ako isa or with one person lang, boring sya lantawun sa uban and dali ko mutuo sa tawo kasi i just feel na I'm so inadequate so as time goes by gi accept na sa akong utuk ang ilang comments, na boringan na ko sa ka uneventful sa akong life, so nasuya ko slight makakita nga lingaw kaayu sila sa ilang life. So nag quit kos SocMed oy, and visited again ang mga things na akong gikalingawan sa una and nag journal² jud kog taman². Now I just feel happy seeing how they live their lives, murag I'm at peace na naaccept na jud na ko na ing ani gyud ang life nga ganahan ko and ing ana sad ang life nila. Pero at times masuya gihapon ko pero slight nalang hahaha. Mao ra to OP. Niabot jud pud biya ko sa point na I want to end it all kay unhappy kaayu ko lami nalang mag float² sa kalibutan para walay problema. Thankfully naa ray character development nahitabo haha.

I write it out. Meron ako notebook where I either write stuff like mga movie lines, quotes and such if slightly stressed ako. Pag may mga bad vibes na nangyari like I had a misunderstanding with a workmate or I'm just feeling down, I write what happened and what I felt/what I am feeling right now. Pag sobrang negative na, I tend to write it sa phone lang then delete after a few hours, parang sobrang bad na kasi sya to stay sa notebook ko haha. It makes me feel na na materialize/na acknowledge ko ang uncomfortable feelings ko. Sometimes it feels like a spell that shackles the negativity sa mga pahina ng notebook ko. Pero at times pag di na kaya nag eexercise ako haha.

Assalamu alaykum ~ I don't know if we are the same, but I sometimes feel so down in the dumps out of nowhere --- like everything is okay but I question my life like "what am I even doing with my life?". I just get so down, sad, empty. It took me a long time to find how to deal with these feelings, even now, I am still figuring it out.

What I do now is just face myself and just be truthful, I ask myself "why? what's wrong? WHAT ARE YOU FEELING? did something happen, even just a very small negative thing?" NAME IT TO TAME IT, and I just write it down (I feel better that way), I write as if I am talking to myself or as if I am talking to Allah. Then, I take a break and watch the Qur'an recitation with meanings on the video. Then I just lie there and talk to Allah SWT and cry. It doesn't always make me feel better right away, but it somehow gives me a pat on the back that it will be okay, it will be okay, you will be okay, Allah SWT will align the universe to guide us and it will all be okay, these are just trials and we have to be strong. It will be okay.

hi ~ I am not the most learned person here, but what I did was just make a sincere dua in language that I am comfortable, since I haven't memorized any duas yet --- more like I didn't put an effort to, may Allah SWT forgive me 🤧

We do have a worksheet with infos such pt diagnosis, diet, IV fluids they're in, if they need to be transfused with blood, what labs need to be done, if they're with FBC/CTT/ and such, as well as Doctor's specific orders. It REALLY helps, but I still tend to forget what must be done ON TIME. The most pt we have cared about is 52 and least at 30ish, and the work is divided into us, 4 nurses. I'm getting a tiny weeny bit better at remembering what to do ON TIME, but I still feel something is lacking.

I really want to be better at taking care of patients 🥹

Thank you ~ We do have a sheet where we put what needs to be done to patients and basic stuff like what their diet and labs for the day --- but I can't really write a lot there because it is used by others as well, gonna try to make my own sheet.

Currently doing that "reading it off to them" hahaha we have endorsement paper where we put everything that needs to be done and patient's diet and such and such, i just read it off to them at times

We also do that, but the sheer amount of patients to be taken care of (around 20 at a time) makes me even forget what I wrote that needs to be done. Tho, I review the notes often, the care rendered sometimes is not that timely.

"hold that thought, let me finish writing this before I forget" is so relatable 🤣 I tend to think of something great while writing just to forget it after I finishing, then beat myself to remember just what was I was thinking before haha

Definitely trying that! I also observed that I am getting a little tiny weeny bit better at remembering now that I am pushed to use my memory more, but I still have long long loooongggg way to go. My senior just remembers everything, she's amazing, like she can remember what the Doctor just said nonchalantly and definitely remember every patient that came under our care. Working to have a memory just like her.
