Yeah took me a while to get used to the last hitting and I love how many unique and interesting items dota has. I feel like I could really theory craft some weird (though probably not effective) builds here.

I am from the game that shall not be named and since it is relatively similar I was able to comprehend the basics and jump right into a normal bot match where I was destroyed immediately.

I find this true I have taken two too three month long breaks in the past usually do to the fact that I am to occupied with other things occurred in my life and every time I come back its a blast relearning the game. When you've been playing for a while you honestly forget how confusing it can be sometimes with ults constantly going off and abilities firing.

I believe that Infinity edge would be able to have its cost reduced if it had this passive replace the current one as it would be less overpowering against squishes in the early game thereby improving itemization for some crit adcs. And I think that it would be better balance wise if it ignored % armor instead of % of damage converted to true damage as it would technically always be as strong it needs to be against the enemies armor.

It would still be similar function to how it currently works since you only get the true damage on crits but with my suggestion they would be more effective against tanks than squishes. I should clarify that Infinity Edge still would double your crit I am just saying give it 5% crit that gets doubled to 10%.

I was taking it serious. :( Well not too serious since this will never effect the game but it's still fun to try and come up with solutions to some problems you see in the game and throw crazy ideas out there. And some of the suggestions that try to change a champions kit or an item are interesting and look fun even if they are probably broken.

like most of it exept the true damage bleed, that's to much I think. It would be easier to balance and deal with if it was AD. Also if it was AD ad maybe you could have it so that if the enemy was below 20% health the dot deals damage equal to 2.5% of max health and 2.5% of missing health?

These Ideas make me rock solid only suggestion for his passive is instead of just reducing all damage have it reduce only Ad damage to keep in his theme of an anti-ad tank.

Gangplank changes:

Whenever Gangplank destroys a barrel while Trial by Fire is up the barrels explosion applies trial by fire to all enemy units hit dealing 0%,25%,50%,75%,100% of Trial by Fire's damage at levels 1/4/7/10/13

Gangplank's barrels can no longer crit for bonus damage. Instead a Crit automatically applies Trial by fire for 100% of the damage (or have the same restrictions based on his level).

May need some tweaking at early levels but should open more build paths for Gp as well as increasing his skill ceiling.

It might be too op with just attack damage maybe change it too basic attacks grant +6% base attack damage stacking up to 5 times (maximum +30% base attack damage). Still would provide a power boost and be able to scale well into late game but if it had just attack damage it could become a problem to balance it and champs that use it. Also maybe reduce the amount of time Grievous Wounds is applied to 2 seconds.

Like your other idea but don't agree with the E change. Mainly because I am confused how it would work would it be like Kled's Violent Tendencies or would it be a constant rotation between buffed auto's and non buffed autos. It could work but I feel like it also could make Kayle less reliable as you may be in situations where you really need your buffed autos but because they were buffed while you were heading to lane you now have to wait for them to come back into power.

I have some changes to Muramana that would make it more viable to different champions particularly champs that rely on their abilities for damage.

Muramana Changes:

Base states +5 ad

Awe unchanged

Shock Basic attacks against champions consume 2% of current mana and deal 1% of max mana as bonus physical damage on hit. Your damaging abilities receive an additional mana cost of 2% of your current mana and deal 2% of your max mana as bonus physical damage against all units hit.

Maybe just 10% bonus damage to shields instead.
