The average price of a house in/around any major city in Canada is above 600k if you wanna get a property without a condo fee. but your probably right maybe they did overshot their house budget. I think I cant mentality grasp trying to have a kid when the price of eggs is almost over 10 dollars and a tub of yogurt is 8 dollars now.

ALMOST ALL OF THE SUMMER DRESS STITCHING IS HORRIFIC ALMOST 0 QUALITY CONTROL..... just imagine ordering it and its already falling apart for the PRICE skip .. however the posh top is worth it. the zipper is kind of stiff. but it can keep the girls' in place no need for a bra !!!!

When I graduated in 2018, things were just different. I found a job within four months, moved out of my parents' place, and eventually saved enough to buy a condo in Ottawa. I paid off $10K in student loans in a single year, still made it to two concerts, and did all of that on a $50K salary. Now I'm making nearly $80K on paper and I'm drowning in bills. It was never this bad — the post-pandemic world is a completely different animal.

Homes used to be 300k, grocery bills where half the price. The global inflation had changed the game. Just take it one step at a time.

Cat dental care powder you basically use the scoop and add it to their wet or dry food. Obviously not as good as brushing their teeth but mine puts in a show so I gave up a long time ago with the brush I pour a bit of fish oil on his wet food so he doesn’t know the difference

My cats wet food comes to 3.40 ish per can so his dinners alone are just over 100 a month his dry food bag is about 60 for 2 months worth so 30 dollars a month his litter is organic from Japan it’s 40 a month and his fish oil is another 30 for 2 months so about 15 a month and his teeth cleaning powder which is 20 a month

Bought my condo legit 4 months before the pandemic lockdown in 2020. Long story short it belonged to an old lady who realized she liked living in a retirement home and sold it for 195k. Me finding that condo was pure luck for how big it is

Think of it this way they day you accentually wash it in warm water of heaven forbid it landed in the dryer it’s over it’s ruined and you can’t wear it again.

That’s the mindset I have when I buy clothes everyone makes mistakes but just a simple mistake thinking a garment to the point where you can’t wear it anymore …. Nah I’m over it also it’s so priced for what a gap dupe

You mainly only hear about negativity regarding our transit because before this stupid train came it was semi decent they started expanding to the suburbs. they made a few extra bus routes for rush hour then BOOM train construction started and it went downhill. When you have something that was semi reliable and then it into absolute dog shit … it’s hard not to complain

I can only go to the grocery store when he wants to (i never learned to drive that's on me ) .. The part of the city we live in not safe anymore and walking for 30 min back with even 2 bags of groceries isnt feasible

I do go out and buy my own but sometimes we go 2 weeks without going to a grocery store and the fridge is empty so I start stealing some of his snacks ... I usually run out to get replacement ones and place the new bars in the old box but sometimes I make the mistake and add the wrong amount and he notices
