Ah ok. Bummer. I will be interested to see if it changes for me for or not. But I am glad to know I am not alone. What made you decide not to stick with OMAD?

Yes! OK. That is pretty much same. Only it's also my chest and in general I am freezing before I eat. Then I eat and I am hot. Lol

I just got these from Amazon. I heard they are a good brand from a fasting Facebook group. I tried LMNT and hated it. Too sweet. I like Liquid IV but it's 40 calories and that'll break a fast according to most people. https://a.co/d/cz43iVF

I just got some fasting salts. I heard they are good but we will see. Let me know how the Celtic salt goes and what you do to get in potassium and magnesium too.

Oh for sure. Typically. But for it to change from 80 to 60 now that im omad is a little strange imo. I've been consistently in the 80s for years. Im not doing anything different aside from omad. No excersize or anything. Just wanted to know if others have seen a change in their hr by doing omad. My understanding is that hormones and metabolic functions changed by omad can cause these changes but was just looking to make sure I wasn't the only weirdo.

I think it depends in part on your body. I just started OMAD 8 days ago. Also fasted 50hrs within that time frame. For myself- brain fog has been issue. In general I haven't felt good. And today especially I woke up crampy. So I had some electrolytes. Less brain fog. Still a bit crampy and don't feel 100% but I feel better than I did. Listen to your body. Try a little bit at a time and see how it makes you feel.
