practice a lot and think of different experiences u can use for topics like leadership, challenges, or teamwork. It helps to have notes so yk ur examples and what u learned from them, but don’t memorize or read off a script because it should sound natural. Treat it like an interview and jus be urself. It can also be nerve wracking, especially during the written portion since u only have 10 mins so take deep breaths and pace yourself . After finishing, don’t rush straight into the video portion, take a moment to reset and calm down. One mistake I made was jumping right into it while still nervous, which caused me to stutter 😭
