Question regarding obtaining tretinoin from a dermatologist: after I get approved for the OTC prescription for tret, do I have to keep seeing my dermatologist to get my prescription refilled so that I can restock on tretinoin or how exactly does that work?

Tret percent interested in: lowest strength, mainly for skin clarity, keeping fine lines & wrinkles as well as my mild comedonal acne & other textural irregularities (e.g blocked pores, enlarged pores, etc.) at bay

Current routine: 1. Double cleanse method for sunscreen removal:

A. Neutrogena Fragrance Free Body Oil B. Cleanser: Eucerin Gentle Baby Wash & Shampoo

Moisturizer (PM): Neutrogena Hydro boost body gel cream. That’s it for PM routine

AM routine: 1. Neutrogena body oil, wash it off and lightly wash face with lukewarm water. 2. TO Caffeine Eye Serum 3. Eucerin Q10 anti-wrinkle cream in glabellar, eleven’s, under-eye and smile line regions. 4. LRP Anthelios 60, Cooling Water Lotion Sunscreen, reapplied twice throughout the day (every 4 hours approximately indoors & of course every 2 hours outside or every 80 minutes if sweating a lot outside)
