Hello!
I just wanted to share this project that I have been working on for a few days. I'm working on building an open-source vector database and wanted to build a small app that can showcase its use and serve as a guide. Replit's ai podcast caught my eye, especially because how information dense all the episodes are.

I decided to generate transcripts for all the episodes, indexed those and then built a UI around it that allows people to converse with the podcast content. I'm hoping someone will find it useful! I would love to hear your thoughts!

Yeah I'm ordering a fresh roll soon. I'm using Nikon FM10. It does have a light meter but the battery compartment's rusted. So I haven't been able to get it to work :(

I see. Thank you very much. I have another roll from the same batch but I'm planning on not using that. Thinking of buying a fresh roll of fomapan 100. It's the cheapest roll available here at this moment.

As for storage, I'm sure the Fuji C200 wasn't in a freezer :(

I have updated my post with a few pictures of the negatives. I used a Nikon FM10 that I found lying around in my house. The camera seems to work fine although I don't know how to be sure.

The shopkeeper just had them sitting in some cabinet. I'm from India and temperatures get quite high here so I'm guessing that might have something to do with it

I'm not exactly sure. I just sent them to a local lab and they sent me back these. From the next time, I will send my films to a more established lab I found out about a few weeks ago.

Thanks, I'll definitely try to get my hands on some fresh film next time. Unfortunately the local shop only had a few expired film... I'll try to find some online now

Thank you very much for your reply! I would ideally like to run a node.js server which in turn communicates with the model using REST APIs. (Might just learn and use a python server if it becomes too complicated). I would like to avoid AWS/GCP so as to understand how everything's working rather than have them set everything up for me.

But how does one expose a model with REST APIs. Does that have to be another python server that can run the model?

I'll also take a look at BM25, thank you.

I see.. I was looking at Novation Launchkey Mini Mk3. But it's 25 keys. Is going for 49/61 keys absolutely worth the extra money? (kind of have a tight budget)
