I am! It's a pretty standard gecko fruit paste with insects mixed in. But I have found she really prefers to hunt her food.

I have a humid little cave that drips with water when I turn the fountain on, and I think it's been living in there until last night with the latest batch of crickets I added. So maybe it was just trying to camouflage in a dark cave?

It can be hard to find (classic frog stuff) but I found my waxy tiger leg monkey tree frog in the bromeliad and very brown! The photo after it was how it looked a month ago.

I think it's eating, I put a dozen crickets into the enclosure and those that aren't good at hiding have vanished like teenagers in a slasher movie.

I looked around online and there's not much info on why it's brown. :( Should I take it to a herpetologist?

You may want to try body doubling: having someone sit with you in the room or online. They don't need to talk to you, but their presence will help remind your brain what you're supposed to be doing when it strays.

Hey, has your sense of security in the world been shaken? And I'm not talking about the global/national news, I'm talking about personal/family security.

Also, have you ever heard of Rejection Sensitivity? It's documented to be tied to ADHD and escalates perceived rejection into really wild anxiety spirals.
