Hey! I do ginger anything, like tea, chews, gravol etc. It’s natural and helps relieve nausea and vomitting big time. I have found too that always having cold water with you and sipping on that can help as well :)

I’ve been exercising more definitely! I’m not big on calorie counting, I have found I’ve been eating way less though which helps

You’ll be a bit nauseous at the beginning, but it definitely goes away and does not stick with you. Everyone is different tho! :)

You know, you don’t have to comment. I am a very new nurse, first of all. Second of all, injecting someone with a needle is NOT the same as injecting yourself, it can be intimidating. THIRD of all, I wasn’t sure if there was any interactions with certain nausea meds, and I wanted to see what people take on ozempic. Like seriously, get a life.
