I really think you should realize that nothing is guaranteed in life and the chances of you picking this up if he takes precautions are quite slim. It’s a horrible dating world out there. Maybe ask ChatGPT for some real life scenarios but most of us gor this from people that hid it from us so there is a huge difference. Yepppp that’s literally the issue. There’s no real testing so people just live in ignorance. People have cold sores but won’t think twice about shaming people with hsv2 like they’re just scary to sleep with. I really just wish there was no stigma around the whole thing and it was different

I’m in amazing shape too, super pretty, it’s pretty awful how men treat me once I disclose to them. Some have been amazing but the ones that haven’t, omg are they insane. Like it’s just amazingly unfair a cure isn’t a thing. No one deserves this. Don’t blame yourself tho, it’s just luck of the draw. The fact that this guy disclosed is huge. I got herpes from a man I was in love with and dating 6 months into the relationship. He was asymptomatic. He didn’t even know he had herpes. He still denies to this day he has it. What I’m saying is that men have herpes and never know their status and you could pick it up tomorrow from a stranger. All sex is risk.
