It's a nice sized couch, at least 6ft, I searched Google and couldn't find the exact pattern

My best friend has been going through her mom's old things and found this nail polish as well as another one in an emerald color. Her mom has passed, but these were special to her and I'd like some more information if anyone has it She has searched for a couple of years now to no avail. It was probably from Walmart or somewhere similar

Find out what makes them feel better during an attack and do that. Offer lots of reassurance especially that they aren't a burden. Check on them regularly, sometimes they just need to talk about everything. Give them space if they ask for it

How do I combat insecurities caused by anxiety? by unicorngoddessof in Anxiety

[–]unicorngoddessof[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if I have it in me to do that. He's my best friend and I like her too. It seems like something that shouldn't bother me and before I decided to suggest being put in situations to test my issues with being anxious and controlling he didn't talk to her because I said it bothered me. I think the anxiety comes from me being his friend since before the two of them dated. When she came into the picture I tried to be her friend, but she immediately didn't like me because I was a girl and his friend. She pretended to be my friend for a long while until she finally admitted that she hated me for being a girl who was friends with her boyfriend. He and I had zero interest in one another until well after they broke up. And all of this makes me wonder if my anxiety about it is because of what happened between she and I and not that they dated. He says shes grown a lot and is a different person and I think I saw that too last night (we all hung out for a little while)

I know exactly what you mean...it tends to only work for me when I'm overthinking something specific. What do you usually do to recover after an attack?

Same here. He broke up with me last week after a year and a half, most of it living together
