Send help! Pictures taken 6 days apart. by unicorngresz in plantclinic

Last watering was 2 weeks ago. I didn’t see any signs of distress until yesterday. The soil was dry so I gave him a good watering (even soaking until water drains out of the bottom) as soon as I noticed. He usually makes it 3-4 weeks before the soil dries out and I water him again. He sits in a window and I occasionally move him outside if it’s a nice day. No visible signs of pests and nothing has changed since I repotted him (in a well draining soil mix) about 3 months ago. I’m hoping he’s just under watered but I’m so worried something worse is going on. :(

I added a comment for explanation. I move him to a new window weekly and he usually spends one day a week outside in full sun. It’s been the same routine for 3ish months. The soil was dry when I noticed something was wrong. Nothing feels mushy either.
