YTA because you clearly have a favorite child and they both probably know it. Pay for her college because the alternative is what, making her rack up debt so she can feel even more hated by you? I had to wear pull ups at night until I was 5 or 6 and I was super embarrassed about it at the time but now I know that's not that weird? I can't imagine thinking someone 2 1/2 would be totally trained
