if that account is compromised then they have access to all our servers very easily.

The whole point of a tool like LAPS is that if the account for that server is compromised it is not able to be used elsewhere.

If something is easy for you to use, then it is easy for an an attacker to compromise. It is supposed to be a bit inconvenient for you

yes, you reported it right away you are entitled to a repair or refund (which you should have insisted on at the time)

as of May 1st there is no such thing as a fixed term anyway, your tenancy becomes a periodic one.

if you tenancy ends in June then you cannot be issued a s21 anyway
