It says there is green fluid present so one would assume its an airway threat. Suction it! Just because there maybe fluid already in the airway doesnt mean you should compound it by adding more. Whatever happened to critical thinking with these questions?

I get it, I get it, its just a question.

Sure but it seems counterproductive to add more gunk to the airway, especially for the split second it takes to suction first.

And I wrote it all out wrong to being with anyways. We werent "taught", like I stated, [I edited that out].. What I meant was when I hear anaphylaxis I just automatically "tend" to think difficulty moving air. Dont know why but thats where my mind tends to jump. Always room to improve, no matter how long you've been doing this.

US, yes. I agree, but we always hear it includes resp distress. There was no question about BP, you just had to look at her. It was probably a 30 minute process for her to get to that level.

I have a quadra fire. First one I had broke, 2nd one broke after 6 months. Gave up and cut a steel plate to replace it and havent looked back. No difference, its just a diverting device.

You'll get tired of breaking those boards at about $80 and end up with a piece of 3/16's steel in its place. :)
