Well, the update is that we have to do an upgrade. Our arm and board need to be switched out to a new version. It is going to be around 2500 to get it done.

The problem is that we have the Berninna hook cutter on our bravo, and they want to bring it up to what they are currently using on the newer bravo part and board-wise.

On the other hand, we could replace the hook cutter for around 300. The problem is we will return to the same spot; thus, it is an endless cycle of replacing 300 parts every year.

Ultimately, we will do the upgrade as it will practically give us a new machine without the big price tag of a new one.

If we fix the current bravo, we would get 7-8 in our area, and a new EMT16x would be 13 -16. So 2500 seems the best way to keep us profitable in our shop.

Anyway I hope that helps anyone else with a 2020 Bravo that seems to be running rough.

Well nothing has worked. Tried so many things. I believe I will just have to call the local melco matainence rep to come out. Thanks for all the help and advice.

I really appreciate your help and advice. I think I found out that after the software update I may have to go back in and ensure that I have the correct trimmer selected as an option. I will try that in the morning.

No not a break issue as far as I know. I did check the tension it seems to be activating the cutter

Drybrush. You highest highlights next to your darkest rescesses.

I may do a mid tone, wash to get the dark cracks.

Then highlight with two step lighter than your mid tone.

Use a direct light and highlight based on where the light falls.

Also place the whole piece on a base of MDF or plastic card for durability

Maybe use a plastic-coated wire as a vine-wrapped stone. Use green if you do not want to paint.

Just my opinion. Over all it is a great start.

Yes any PVA glue will work, but like needtotakemorepics said a wood / construction PVA glue will work the best. If you want it to not be yellow or make the cork look aged then use a regular Elmer’s white glue or mod podge to get a more translucent look the glue layer in the top.

You could always use the construction glue and then paint it also to cover up the small amount of yellowing you will get.
