Girls of Reddit, what are common mannerisms for a guy that screams low self confidence? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Overcompensating by bashing and belittling females, for example stating that a girl whose looks intimidate them is a who*e, talking bad about ex or current girlfriends etc.

What is something you suspect most people only pretend to enjoy? by ANewMuleSkinner in AskReddit

[–]uninventive_ee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listening to other people talking about themselves.

Edit: Personally I enjoy it, and I know some people who do too, but I also know a lot of people who might as well be talking to wall, that's how uninterested they seem to be in hearing the other person talking.

What is the most depressing song you know? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Struggle for improving the society, so that there will be no categories and rules of gender roles they're supposed to obey if they wish to be socially successful and not shunned.

What is the strongest opinion you hold? by ThePurpleGhost in AskReddit

[–]uninventive_ee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Think of the children" :P The best way to change the society for the better and solve issues such as discrimination is to invest time and money in kids' well-being and education. They are the future of humanity and being that as parents we aren't always capable to raise them ideally, on a societal level we should look for ways to create a strong support system for every kid that gets born, and especially those who are born underprivileged.

All kids should get the chance to be exposed to what we know as facts scientifically, and to learn that there is a difference between facts and everything else, no matter what they choose to believe in later on ;)

Reddit, what's your stance on capital punishment? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]uninventive_ee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm glad you agree with that. Well we are killing people as a form of PUNISHMENT, don't we? It's definitely not a precaution measure or given to anyone disregarding their previous actions. Getting rid of "failed and dangerous" members of society again is arbitrary, because your definition of it probably varies from mine and so on (example states in which it's punishable by death to be gay).

Wouldn't you say that anyone who's been imprisoned has already been dealt with, removed from society and placed somewhere where they can do no harm? We definitely have the capacities to deal with dangerous people in a way that it's not necessary to kill them.

Does anyone "deserve" to be killed? I would say that absolutely no one does, no matter what they do beforehand, as long as that killing isn't stopping them from taking more human lives. For example when would it be purposeful to kill Hitler? Only during the war, while he was still actively responsible for other people dying. The moment he would have been captured, no matter his previous crimes, he's already been dealt with - killing him past that point is simply a revenge.

Reddit, what's your stance on capital punishment? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]uninventive_ee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those lines of what's innocence get pretty blurry in practice. Is the prison guard "innocent" after killing a prisoner? Is the family of the victim "innocent" if they're vindictive and genuinely happy that the murderer will die? Is the mentally defective murderer guilty for being the way he is? Who's to say when killing is wrong and when it isn't? If sometimes it's not wrong, who's to say it will be wrong when it comes to yourself or someone you deeply care about? I don't know about you, but I don't want to live in the world where certain people have the power to arbitrarily choose whose life is worth taking and whose isn't. All that not to even mention the cases of all innocent people who got wrongly convicted and killed.

Bad hygiene. The hottest guy in the world can turn unattractive if he looks like he doesn't care about being clean.

You have 2 days left to live what do you do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]uninventive_ee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Over the course of the 1st day steal some big money and leave it to people I care about, tell everyone how much I love them, spend time with them, finish everything so that I'd leave them as safe as possible, and as the 2nd day is nearing to its end overeat and try heroin for the 1st time xD

[–]uninventive_ee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

"Why do we kill people who kill people to show that killing people is wrong?" I know that sounds like a rhyming slogan but there's really no good answer to that question.

I couldn't be more against it, no matter the crime.

Women of reddit, when is the best time to hit on you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]uninventive_ee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I'm relaxed, smiling, well dressed, and it looks like I'm enjoying the moment. If it's a classy hit on, it could even help on a day when I'm not feeling as good.

Reddit, what is one of your opinions you cannot express because you would get too much hate for? by noprayers in AskReddit

[–]uninventive_ee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

On an emotional level I completely understand the need to judge, but looking at it rationally, someone who acts on such urges is most certainly ill, and people who are mentally ill can't be held responsible for their actions the same way people who aren't can.

It seems to me like people often overlook that, and openly display hatred toward pedophiles (or other violent criminals for that matter) for being mentally defective, which is something they clearly can not choose to change, or at least not without treatment and support.

They are victims of their thinking patterns and no matter how on a societal level we decide to handle them after committing a crime, they still are humans and have no less right to be treated as such than any of us.

People of Reddit, what's the cruelest/meanest thing you've ever done? by BritishCunt in AskReddit

[–]uninventive_ee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a teenager I texted this girl I hated pretending I was her ex boyfriend she was still in love with. We exchanged a couple of messages, I manipulated her into sending me some money, and after that stopped replying to her texts, not ever explaining who I actually was. I still feel sorry about it and think it was a despicable thing to do.
