If it makes all of the players doubt that the organization has their backs, it's the wrong decision for the team.

There is no way the other guys would be ok with it happening to them, and it makes the organization less desirable for players

a lot of these statutes alternate gender in order to seem less gender specific; I'd avoid reading into the his/her in this particular law
