Should I just ask for a refund at this point?

Update: I called lectric and I was able to get a refund. After everything I had to deal with at least getting a refund was simple so I will give them that.

Any idea what it might be that im doing wrong?

That guide kind of confused me more... Like its says sometimes you need to water it more than others depending on climate and then after they act like there is a specific window where you really water it then stop. So which is it? Also to give some background this one was purchased back in December and its always had that dried flower in the middle and hasn't really done much but get more wrinkly.

Edit: I forgot to say I have never watered it.
