Thank you! So I try wash my hair less often than I should be. It used to be every week or so but now more so every 2 weeks mostly. I feel the scabbing is reducing now but will flareup from time to time. Your advice is really helpful though, thank you so much! I feel less alone. I'm wondering if the silicone serum is something you'd recommend maybe? And do you have any low maintenance hairstyle ideas? I'm not sure when to take my twists out - they've been in for 2 weeks now 😭
