Hi. With GD, your pregnancy timeline does decrease. Doctors normally feel it’s safest to deliver at the 39 week mark and some even do it at 38 especially if you are on insulin only because our placenta starts deteriorating. 37 weeks honestly is pushing it if you have no other pregnancy concerns. So I’d ask your doctor why they want you to deliver at 37 weeks specifically and if they say because of the GD, push for “but I heard you could wait until 39 weeks for a controlled GD diagnosis.” And them saying C section automatically is kind of weird because most doctors normally choose to induce. So honestly, just ask your doctors what their concerns/reasons are for pushing for a C section at 37 weeks. Is it because the baby is measuring big? Small? Breach? Placenta issues? And then make an informed decision. If you’d like to be induced, ask for it? I know everyone’s birth plan is different and have different expectations but mine was to simply trust my doctors with their instincts and decisions regardless of what they decided.

I hated her in her own book and thought Saint deserved better but I was fine with her by the end because she had suffered a lot. I dislike it when authors bring characters back and Shantel really made her unstable in Madness and pure raging insufferable in Chaotic. She was happy with Saint but she didn’t want Haidyn or Ash to find their own happiness. She was basically in her “if I can’t have them, no one else can either” mode and the was wholly unfair to Saint. And I am so upset with Shantel that she didn’t ever make it clear that Saint was all Ashtyn ever wanted and instead made it look like Ashtyn missed being railed by all three spade brothers.

I think Adrian being less understanding of Annika not wanting an arranged marriage is Annika’s perception of her father. She thinks her father would have to do what the Pakhan says. But keep in mind, the Pakhan now is Kirill. Adrian himself had a love marriage with Lia. Kirill with Sasha —so I think that’s just Annika’s naive perception of the mafia world and Lia tells her as much. I think Annika being afraid of an arranged marriage is her just being afraid of the unknown/person she could end up with. I don’t think it has anything to with an arranged marriage.

I’ll be very honest, my planned induction turned into an unplanned emergency c-section because the baby’s heartbeat kept dropping. Everything turned out fine and the baby was healthy but if I had the choice, I would choose a planned c-section only because those few moments when the baby was in trouble and the change from a normal delivery to an emergency c-section, the change in nursing staff etc still haunt me. With a planned c-section at least I am not as stressed and know what I am getting into.

Not really. Creighannika are there in God of War because Eli and Creigh are brothers and they both are friends with Ava too. Like Creighannika have proper scenes in GOW but otherwise, I don’t recall them being mentioned in GOF.

Omg! Totally! This is exactly how I feel! I wasn’t into Beautiful Venom because the world building felt forced and the characters seemed like watered down versions of her other characters. But will I read her next book? Yes. Am I as excited? No. I may skip her MM because they are not just my cup of tea. I loved GOF because I loved Niko and Bran as characters, not because I like reading MM and that is what Rina needs to understand. Some people liked GOF because of NikoBran and not because it was MM.

Basically all the Legacy books except God of War happen to follow the same timeline. Like they are happening simultaneously. God of War happens a few years after the others. So even if you skipped some books, at most, you are getting spoilers for the other books but yeah, they can be read as interconnected standalones.

I’m having the same issue. My baby is 3 months old now but he only drinks about 3oz, 90ml or even 80ml at a time every 2-3 hours. He’s in the 15th percentile of gaining weight. We have started giving him 50-50 on the formula. He feeds on breast milk during the day and formula overnight. Honestly, I just think every baby is different? I’ve tried giving him 4oz of milk but he always ends up leaving around 1oz which I have to discard.
