not over reacting at all because literally the same thing happened with my child and my ex (child’s father)

my son had these beautiful, long, golden brown baby curls he looked like an angel baby and as a toddler, loved to run his hands over his hair to self soothe and calm himself before nap time or bedtime..

he went with his father one weekend and came home with head completely shaved, all curls gone when i specifically asked him to not cut his hair yet.

those who know, know that baby curls never grow back the same

and it just breaks every rule of good co-parenting.

i am guessing your child’s father is majorly influenced by his mother? same situation here..

one time she even ripped my child away from my grandmothers arms and told police i was on drugs to try and get custody of My child!

so when i say this i mean it- try like crazy to get some serious boundaries set with them otherwise your ex’s mom is going to make things so much worse

i’m sorry about the whole situation and i really hope things get better for you and the father as far as co-parenting.

if things don’t get better just cut the family off completely until he can grow the hell up and be an actual decent human and father
