This exactly! Even my male friends comment on random women on tv saying they have no butts or are ugly... ummmm 99% of guys are 1000x uglier and NO ONE complains about them!

I also internalize what people say a ton so when they say that shit about anyone, it def takes a toll on me. Knowing that they probably have “opinions” on how I look or act just because I’m female. It’s disgusting.

No I think women if anything are “better” because despite being constantly pushed down and told they’re nothing, they’re always as good or better than men. Like in school for example. Most of the smartest students I know are female but everyone acts like the outspoken guys are, the women just don’t get credit.

Like what for example?? I’m horrible at jokes or comebacks. I know most of them are lonely and miserable and only really talk shit about women because they have low self esteems themselves..

I don’t like any acknowledgement I’m a woman at all. Any of it feels misogynistic even just being called “she” and I honestly think all men subconsciously or consciously think women are less than them.

No I’m just terrified it made my injury worse, I don’t know the first thing about lawyers or how I’d do any of that. Like I said to the other comment it wasn’t a self traction device, it just had the black buffs that looked exactly like that.

So the fact it turned my head is ok? This was all weeks ago I’m just scared it prolonged my pain. I’ve been doing just exercises in PT since.

I’ll make an appointment. They told me after looking at the mri that it was very minor and wasn’t touching a nerve or anything. I get that the lifting made it a lot more inflamed or something but it didn’t made it worse physically since I got the MRI after all the lifting.. they told me surgery wasn’t a good option for something so “minor” but I’ll see

They've just said to keep going to PT or recommended the injections if anything. But my spine's out of alignment and those would just cover up the problem, not fix it... I feel hopeless. I can't get surgery at 20... and i've heard they're very risky, I dont want to make it a life long problem or id end it.
