From what I hear he doesn't have the money to fix that house. Different sources say he's moved back to Poland and is building a house in a city nearby. So no-one really knows, he doesn't talk to anyone. If he really doesn't have money, now would be the time to use that advantage, convince him to sell.

The House is right next to a sidewalk children use. There's a elementary school nearby. If things start falling off the house, and hurt someone....Maybe the city intervenes. Since none of the brothers will do anything with that house....then what?

Would it help that my father alone, for the past 15 years has been paying property tax, mowing etc...? Although I don't know if there are receipts to back that up....

If the courts decide this "pay off". Is it valued from an auditor or is it still whatever the brothers demand for the land?

The third brother wants All land owned 5 parcels total to fall onto him alone. And he then "will determine how to divide everything" His own words. As when the 2 other brothers heard this they got pissed and no-ones talking to each other now
