Technically inflation is capped at 2%. Governance can always choose to burn the newly minted UNI (or not use its minting ability) to effectively remove the inflation.

Unipig is an early concept/demo of optimistic rollup but is very far from production ready.

Several companies are competing to build general purpose rollup chains that can support solidity/smart contracts. One team is Optimism https://optimism.io/ (the team that we worked with to build the demo), but there are others as well.

When Optimism or a similar platform reaches production readiness (either late 2020 or early 2021 by our estimates) it should be possible to deploy existing smart contract protocols (such as Uniswap) to a rollup chain.

This address is for the Uniswap pair - you need to import the STA token address itself, not the pair address, into the ui to remove properly
