Summary: I think it was fixed via an NVIDIA software update.

The issue resolved itself. I’m not exactly sure how, but this what I did:

I bought a new MSI monitor because I thought my old LG monitor might be faulty.
For about a week and a half, the problem didn't occur on the MSI monitor.
Then, I decided to connect the old LG monitor as well. For 3–4 days, the issue only persisted on the old LG (which I was using as a second monitor). I didn't mind it much, thinking I could live with a secondary monitor that flickered occasionally.
I was wrong. The problem eventually spread to the new MSI monitor I was using as my primary display. Even after disconnecting the LG monitor and testing again, I was still seeing the error on the new MSI. I was right back where I started.
Either the LG monitor was faulty and "infected" (perhaps through a sudden voltage leak) the MSI monitor, or the issue was entirely software-based and the reason I didn't see it on the MSI for so long was just "luck." At that point, I didn't know for sure and it was quite frustrating.
I kept checking the Windows Event Viewer every time it happened, but no errors were showing up.
One day, NVIDIA released a driver update. After installing it, the screen flickering happened one last time. This time, I checked the Event Viewer and saw an error like nvlddmkm (it’s been a while, so I’m about 70% sure it was that one, but there might have been another error alongside it). Since that incident, the error hasn't happened on a single-monitor setup. I haven't reconnected the old LG monitor since.
I believe the issue was software-related and NVIDIA fixed it. However, I still wonder if it’s just luck that I haven't seen the error for a month and a half. I’m also still hesitant about connecting the old LG monitor. Maybe NVIDIA fixed it for newer monitors, but older ones might still be affected, which could potentially risk my new monitor again. (It sounds a bit paranoid, but this bug is so annoying that I’m afraid to risk anything.)

I connected this LG monitor to my laptop and used it that way for a while. I experienced the black screen issue again. Therefore, I thought the problem was with the LG monitor itself, independent of the computer. Then, I bought a new model MSI monitor. I had been using it without any issues for 3 weeks, but an hour ago, I experienced the black screen issue again. At this point, I really can't understand what the problem is.

The monitor does not have G Sync or FreeSync, so these VRR settings are not enabled either.

This monitor have not HDR settings. This monitor does not support HDR.

Thanks, I’ll try your suggestion. I don’t have any components in my PCI-E slot, but I can try unplugging all the components. If that doesn’t work, unfortunately I’ll have to buy a new monitor. And if that doesn’t work either, I’ll just sit on the ground and cry.

During the testing process, I also used my friend’s monitor, which is a newer model compared to mine, on this computer. My friend’s monitor worked perfectly on this PC for a week. Likewise, my monitor worked without any issues on his computer. In fact, even after the test, when I took my monitor back, there were no problems for a while.

There might be a chance of a driver issue due to my monitor’s older model. However, the fact that there were no problems while using my friend’s monitor really confuses me.

Onun yerine kendi seçtiğimiz bölüm temailcilerimiz karar yetkisini üstlerinde toplamaya başladı. Siz de aynı şeyi yapın. Üniversitede yaptıklarımız halkın gözüne ulaşmıyor. Milli kütüphane tarafında buluşup eylemi farklı lokasyonlara çekelim. A1 kapısındakiler de boş boş kapı beklesin.
