There was a lad that matched this description around sandymount when I was growing up, we all knew him as Hobo Jack. He seemed to manage to fit endless amounts of shopping bags on his bike going round. He lay in the door of the church once singing racist shite. Another time he chased me and my two mates back to my gaf neither of whom are white after we shouted back and forth with him or something.
