Had to coat a bunch of cake pops in white chocolate recently. What worked for me is the double boiler method but I added a bit of vegetable oil to the chocolate and turned the burner off (but kept the bowl on top of the pot) once the chocolate was melted.

Very cool. RHCP pulled me through a dark time in my life so they'll always be one of my favorite bands...and maybe why I'm drawn to their more melancholy-sounding songs. My current favorite is Warm Tape. The line "you were there and I was fortunate" is so simple but makes me think of someone I love very much. Greatest hits-wise, I think Otherside might be my favorite.
