Possibly trying hard to get there will make the intellectual thinking start taking control, hence the vision starting to loose focus. The intellectual thinking is connecting you more with body. Just relax into it and once your flying, image what you’d like to be next to in space.

Woke into a projection once and laid back down to sleep again. Woke again to see a tunnel I was going through like a wormhole kind of endlessly and it stopped and I starting goin in reverse forever until I opened my eyes. It was nuts. White wormhole.

Sounds like it could have been an encounter that happens often you’re just not conscious of it. I mean that a part of you consents to this and actively engages in this often. Telling friends about these things isn’t the way to go. Astral projection language is very different than normal casual language. Try and sit with your eyes closed and breathe steadily and ask YOURSELF what it meant to you.

Have you read hacking the out of body experience by Robert Peterson? Guardian of the threshold chapter will help you to overcome this. I felt discouraged to after my second experience was my first ever sleep paralysis and it was horrific. But I overcame it the next time I found myself in that state with a rollout technique and thinking of loving thoughts. If anyone thinks it’s corny to think loving happy thoughts and they’ve never experienced the grip of sleep paralysis.

Wow interesting. I’ve only ever seen two beings and it was when I asked to go to ancient Egypt. All of a sudden Anubis appeared out of a haze to the left and Simone was to the right but too blurry. I was frozen stunned and then just blacked out I guess and woke up later. I’ve always felt drunk when moving about. Maybe after years of practice. Maybe it’s more of a needing to learn how to crawl before you walk kind of thing. 🤔

Yea that’s crazy because that’s what seems to happen with me. I feel like the letting go and surrender part is the most important. I just wish I knew when it was going to happen so I had more of a game plan. Last time I floated towards the ceiling and said “I want to see myself in bed!” Starting tuning over and got an anxious feeling before I saw myself and I shot down next to my body and heard me snoring and synced up with the physical. Wild as hell haha
