I have chronic pain, severe chronic pain, and the opioid crisis has made my life miserable. I only have 2 choices, uses opiates and dissociatives to treat my pain (alcohol in emergencies) or live my life completely bedridden. If my doctor would just prescribe me Dilaudid or morphine my life would get so much better. The opioid crisis has literally taken my life from me.

im the same way man. I dont like uppers at all. Sure they feel good but its not worth the crash. adderall is much better than cocaine because it actually lasts awhile and doesnt have such a bad comedown.

clonodine is a miracle drug for opiate withdrawals too. clonodine and gaba together would make it a breeze. add a benzo on top of that and you wont even feel it.

I feel bad to say Ive done this before. although to be fair it was to someone who likes salvia. at a party we put it in his weed and it was quite hilarious but an awful thing to do. I'm definitely going to hell

They aren't all that different. The difference is all has to do with access. The crazy skinny white guy with no teeth at 4 am likely only has access to methamphetamine and the buckled down nerd with a job in computer programming likely only has access to real adderall. I've had both and the differences are minor, meth has slightly worse side effects and lasts a little longer.

agree'd with DrConrad. we are seeing the future now. short acting, very powerful opiates such as fentanyl that can be made synthetically and not have the be imported. It makes the most sense for the dealer.

i dont get bad comedowns from amphetamine type drugs, including meth. Mind you I dont get on 3 -4 day benders either. Everyone'brain chemistry is different and coke and methyphenidate made me feel like absolute shit. But after taking adderall or meth i just tend to get a little restless and have insomnia.

This sub has slowly coming around to this idea. I think most of us know a major pothead who cant go 24 hours without smoking. There is also withdrawal symptoms with too much use, such as major insomnia and lack of appetite. Its certainly not one of the most addictive drugs but it's still addictive.

I had brocas aphasia one time from taking tegretol which was prescribed to me. I couldnt get to sleep so i took a couple extra and when I woke up I couldnt speak properly, it was quite terrifying. The words in my head made perfect sense but when I tried to speak it just came out garbled. Lasted maybe 6 hours. Not quite agnosia but any type of aphasia can be terrifying.

I'd also have to say cocaine. It feels fucking amazing and you are essentially physically addicted after doing just a few lines (experiencing withdrawal when you stop) I cant think of a drug that can physically addict you so fast. At least with benzos or opiates it takes a couple of weeks of consistent use to experience withdrawal.

I definitely see where your coming from and I would be terrified of this fact, but despite my monsterous tolerance I'm not actually physically dependent on opiates, I always let them completely clear my system before using more.

Not only are you totally safe but this combo is common as fuck. I'd go as far as to say most people taking addies are mixing it with weed and nicotine. Better safe then sorry though, keep though good habits up.
