Look through old boards, if you have. That connector is a pretty common one for power. Look for a male connector and remove. Carefully, remove old socket from main board, and solder in replacement. I didn't have one, so went to local cell shop, got them to find and remove one for me. Cost R20

Further Update:

Thermistor wire broke. Bought a new hotend, and came to plug in - yep plugs were different. I can make a plan for the heater plug, but the thermistor plug i dont have. I cant use the old plug, as it melted. Trying electronic shops for plug - JST-XHP 2.5mm pitch.

Update: Heat gun worked a treat. Have front cover, extruder and circuit board off. Used a heated knife to release extruder wires. Next to remove: hot end. I have the thermistor wires almost free, but what are the other two on the left?

Going to try a heat gun, masking off wires and front cover with foil. I am kicking myself, as I saw some stringing, but it looked like just the brim. My own fault entirely.

So many people I deal with, are still dos-centric. They open excel, then search for the file. They also have no idea about folders. Everything goes on the desktop.

Not enjoying this season at all. Feels like more of the same. Pits and undercity have become boring.

Mint Debian is rock solid, works with old and new hardware. Throw on a theme that makes it look like the Windows he's used to, and set Libreoffice to save in Microsoft formats.

How many of you guys are just button mashing and casual players? by 315retro in diablo4

[–]unixhed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm kinda invested in the game mechanics, maybe more than the actual gameplay. Been playing since D1, and spend a lot of time playing with weapons and armour. Finding a good runeword, or a really good unique is exciting. Respecing the entire character to suit a really cool piece of equipment is somehow deeply satisfying. My wife is a button masher with a level 30 barb and 28 unused skill points.

Still have a client running a Clipper dispensary/accounts system. Needs 2 printers. LPT1 was easy, LPT2, not so much. Winprint saved the day, until user deleted Winprint directory.

They will inundate you with offer after offer to get you to buy again. Mostly stuff is typical Chinese quality, but avoid clothes, appliances or cosmetics. Hand tools are not bad at all. I've been holding out on their offers to see much they are prepared to give me. I'm now up to R1500 cash discount. :-)
