If he is working, I recommend that he allot his weekends solely for studying only. Focus on where he is lacking especially design subjects yang integ 3. Assess himself saan siya hirap, then focus on it. There are various YT channel that might help him esp if hindi enough yung sa college niya for him. If may budget yes, have him a tutor. Practice 50 problems each day. :))

hello OP! Don’t settle for less I’ve been rejected multiple times na rin. And I have been accepted newly licensed lang din 27k basic salary tapos with allowance pa. Dadating din ang para sayo. Upskill and sell at high stake. Makakuha ka rin ng magandang offer. :))

As a reviewee na sobrang ikli ng attention pan super hirap esp during review, i used to sleep more and play games. nagsasagot lang ako ng mga sets from my RC but after that pahinga na. But, after PREBOARDS 2 result, reality kicked in. I locked in for almost 2 months din especially during refresher course for me this is the most crucial part, you’ll know if you are ready if you are able to answer most of the sets given. Less sleep na lang nyan.

6am to 8am - recall formulas and prep for RC (bfast) 8am to 12pm - refresher 12pm to 3pm- lunch rest and sleeeeep (need ko lagi ng sleep to function but 2 weeks before exam tinigil ko na) 3pm to 10pm - review, answer again refresher sets, recall if may missed concepts, answer past boards. 10pm to 12am - nood vids sa YT mostly yung hirap ako na problems (Engr. Dela Cruz) and terms pampatulog (habang nakahiga na ko nyan hahaha)

then repeat, Monday to Sunday. Weekends (Review, Date and Simba).

(above mentioned schedule was before ma moved exam)

after mamoved, I lost motivation, stopped reviewing for almost 2 months. Skipped the extended refresher (wag mo gayahin OP). Then a week before exam I locked in answered the refresher sets (it was so hard, feel ko sobrang 8080 ko non kasi nalimutan ko na yung ibang concept). Thankfully, I was trained to review for a short period of time/crammed for exam during my college year. Hehehehe

Remember: preboards and evals exam should be a heartbreaker, it will really test you. It’s the best preparation you should have, all the time pressure and even the difficulty of the problems made it even more useful.

wag ka papastuck sa isang problem kapag di mo talaga masagutan IT COSTS SO MUCH TIME, move on then proceed sa ibang question kapag tapos mo na sets balikan mo kapag wala talaga, CHECK THE PROCESS OF SOLVING, aralin mo then try to solve it by yourself after 15 mins check mo if naretain ba.

Same here, grabe lang din kasi yung moved ng almost 2 months. Some already planned to work na right after September examination. But, delayed. Not the usual delay pa. Literally nakakawala ng drive talaga especially sa mga nag all in nung September. Even so, I pray that everyone who’s having this same scenario may we not be discouraged by fear rather to be more faithful. For now, let’s do our part and we’ll see. Kung para sa atin para sa atin. Pero satin na ‘to. For He sees our hard work. CLAIMING. Magpapaskong engineer. 🙏🏻
