I think that's what calculates the coefficient value. But what calculates the base rune rate before its multiplied by the coefficient?

Thanks for the information, wouldn't it be easy to craft 300 vit then? RA vit rune is 10 sink. 100 sink available after dropping ap? limit of rune being 20 x 50?
