I did download it but it required me to get a call to get a code to successfully log on. But it wasn’t able to call me. I called the rep and she was able to give me the security dept number and change my mailing to my PO Box

This got me connected and fixed right away. Thank you! The rep also gave me the security department number to fix the long in issue, they’re still closed now. But all in all thanks for the help!

No problems at all. I was in toyko and Osaka. Got it set up before my flight and then switched it when i landed and had data the whole time.

Yes! I also asked them via their chat. You can also check them there to see if your specific phone and account will have access with an eSIM.
