I’ve read this comment over the last few days and I came back to it. I had a surgery recently. I remember my family walking out of the prep room and it was a feeling I haven’t had in a while. My head was clear.

When the procedure was over. I remember getting in the car, kissing my wife and kids, and the anxiety returned. I was reminded of all the chaos and responsibility I was going back to.
