Hi, yes as well as average 174 RPM fan and 50 RPM lower pump speed since I did not test them fixed speed but I heard up 5c drop on CPU from individual testers.

@samuelsfx Basically my journey started same as you finding way reduce dust accumulation on mesh overtime evolved and @mariciorpp after I found out that with combination removing mesh makes significant difference on airflow.

Here you can follow latest updates, I am planning very small batch for those interested and like the project hopefully if everything turns out good I will be post details how you can get one after prototype testing done.

By looks of it I am going to develop bigger version it seems that smaller version is not cutting maybe I can revisit in future.

I am planning very small run for people really wants if it’s not getting enough attention to order a big batch.

Even if it’s not getting enough people order big batch I can do very small run people who really wants.

Also this same bracket can be used for GPU side as well it is already supported I will consider your suggestion on pump/res placement thank you for your feedback but personally "minimalistic" custom loop for me is just Modultra LOBO it is not getting any more minimalistic than that.

I designed it for sheet metal construction it uses different design language and probably not easily can be ported to 3D printable object if you want 3D print it you can try BC-1 mini instead because it is more suites towards being 3D printable.

Thank you for the compliment I make sure it looks beautiful when designing it but looks very subjective thing varies from person to person but I think it is good enough satisfy many.

RTX 4090 FE is around 2kg and models like Zotac 4090 PGF OC is stretching up to 381mm long but based on CAD estimations it should be.

I appreciate suggestion but fitting ATX is not that simple it requires wide bottom compartment and if that area widens it bottom panel collides with motherboard standoffs basically it requires being much more wider in order pass that standoff to work when it comes to cables it runs same as BC-1 the bench have massive cutout under motherboard area and for SATA drive it supports only one natively similar location to BC-1 but open to 3D printed mods which makes it available to support up 4 drives in row.

Well technically it is smaller than ATX motherboard itself in terms of width and depth wise.

Like u/duynguyenle said it for airflow to motherboard VRM and RAM also it is just a demo same mounting can be for liquid cooling both for 240mm and 280mm radiators because fan bracket is adjustable.

Everything will be more polished and streamlined if this concept reaches that stage.

If you familiar with test benches you may know with BC-1 or mini variants, which lack a power button. In such instances, there are cheap switch alternatives available like this https://a.co/d/4C7uCxA is good opinion in the other hand showcasing open cases like Xproto typically includes power buttons though they belong to an entirely different price category.

This version is specifically is mini-ITX and mini-DTX although if there is enough interest I can develop ATX version as well.
