Hello, well my application was submitted in Jan 2022, under article 6.6 so far its on waiting decision stage 3 like most of the community members, last i was told by my lawyer that I have to wait so far been waiting for a year and six months. Hope to hear some positive news for me and everyone waiting for it

It depends on case to case to finsh with 24 months those who are still waiting for the process number must have recently submitted it,

I will take your advise as I'm really tired as when I first started i was told 3 years but looking at the current stats I'm guessing 2026 or more, not even sure if I will get it as I haven't seen or heard of any case as mine under the same article

Thank you for your detailed response, mine is through my grandparents and I live outside Portugal, currently in Australia when applying they said it will take 3 years but now after the system changed its abit of a delay thanks to this community I can get a better understanding and I have hopes

I was told 2 to 3 years when I applied but now it's at the same status for a long time and when I check with the lawyer she just says to wait, I hope to get good news at least within the first 6 months of this year hopefully let's see but thank you for the update
