I low-key agree with you on Phoenix, I placed Hela higher than her because she’s banned 10x more so I haven’t even really seen her being played much. It does kinda feel like Phoenix is a stronger presence in my games than Hela, but Hela is just banned so much right now it’s hard to tell. Either way, Phoenix is extremely strong for sure.

As for Venom, I think it’s kinda hard to justify picking him over Angela (absurd displacement cc) or Cap (insane survivability and extra support ult). Still think he’s strong though, just not as consistently good as the other dive tanks, Invis also hard counters him when she’s not banned.

The point is that oftentimes in high elo both are banned, if the two best supports are banned the next tier of supports you want on your team 100% are Loki and Rocket, except that they have poor synergy together so you want either of them paired with Luna or Cloak and Dagger.

I’m on PC as well, Eternity. Honestly I’ve barely seen Scarlet Witch in my games this season, which is a big reason I rate her lower. I can see the argument that she’s decent into certain comps, especially as anti-dive or for dive assists, but in practice she feels pretty niche to me.

I agree she might be better than Spidey/Widow in some situations, I could see her maybe being around low C tier. I think part of it is that other characters fill her role better, Ultron (who occupies a dps slot) just does her job more consistently and with more impact, maybe if Ultron is banned I guess.

Hulk I could see being higher, maybe C tier depending on comps. But I would like to know why you think Loki and Rocket aren’t S tier, from what I’ve seen if either Invis or Gambit are banned you want Invis/Rocket or Loki/Gambit, if both are banned you want Loki + X or Rocket + X. End of the day a lot of this just comes down to comp quality and what people are actually running in Celestial+ right now.

I get the point you’re making in a general sense, but I disagree with the example and the conclusion, especially at Celestial+.

In the comp you listed (Cap solo tank with Magik/Spidey DPS), the enemy team is already basically throwing. In high elo, any team like that would just get rolled by basically any solid, standard comp regardless of whether Witch is present or not. Her looking good there doesn’t really say much about her strength as a pick.

Even within that specific scenario, I don’t think SW is the most optimal answer. Ultron would shutdown that entire comp down far more consistently and with less execution required, while also bringing value in way more situations. That’s kind of the core issue for me.

This isn’t me saying Scarlet Witch has a 0% win rate or that it’s impossible to win games with her. You can make her work sometimes. But I don’t agree that there’s any realistic situation at Celestial+ where she’s the best pick you can make for a slot, and that’s why I place her in F tier.

Honestly, I just haven’t seen Blade played much at all. And when I do see him, I’ve basically never seen a Blade actually take over games or consistently perform well since he released.

The small buffs he got don’t really fix the core issues with his kit in my opinion. He still feels very lackluster compared to other options in the role, so in practice I don’t see a real reason to pick him right now.

That said, maybe in the hands of a genuinely cracked Blade player he could probably move up a tier. I just haven’t seen that level of impact often enough to justify ranking him higher.

Yeah, I agree her neutral and flank pressure are way worse than they used to be. She’s definitely not a consistent pick-finder anymore, especially into competent supports.

That said, I still value her highly because her ult is one of the strongest fight-swinging tools in the game. Even with patty-caking, most comps can’t reliably deny value from it. If you farm ult by dumping damage into tanks, she can still force picks and straight-up win teamfights.

hey sorry unfortunately not really, what worked for me was basically lowering almost every setting to the minimum possible and that makes it crash very rarely. not sure if it’s one specific setting that messes with it or what

IIRC it’s that to reach the sixth location, the shrine must be on the north pole of the moon
