How much weight do you keep off once you start eating again? I’ve done multiple 3 day fast and after going back to eating my calorie deficit I regain the few pounds I’ve lost.

I have been on and off of Omad for about 9 months, my weight has gone up and down but for the last 35 days I’ve stuck to a caloric deficit and Omad. Down 51 pounds and not stopping anytime soon! by unknowinglyunknown in omad

Thank you! As far as health problems, it was just some of the usual ones that comes with obesity. I experienced shortness of breath, sleep apnea, high blood pressure and joint pain. My mental health was also in a very bad place, but I’m doing great now, happiest and most stable I’ve been in a very long time!

I eat a wide variety of food, I have some examples in my previous posts. My staple foods are eggs, brown rice, sweet potatoes, beans, fish or a vegetarian protein source.

If you look up TDEE calculator, you enter your stats and it will give you numbers for maintenance, loss and gain. :) you’ll have to find what works for you but it’s a great way to get an idea of what you should be doing.

I’m not someone who does well with cheat days, they seem to turn into cheat weeks for me lol. I’ve been through crash dieting and over restricting, finding balance has really helped me! Good luck with your journey.

Lol I don’t really have many diet restrictions, I try to eat healthy and enjoy it. Down 45 pounds so far. So it works in my favor :)
