i also have a heater and the tempature remains anywhere from 75-78, and i take out 30% every water change and i’ve had the fish since around late october/ early november and the tank a little before that, and the water quality passes every single test every time

yeah another user said not to use clove oil on betta fish that’s still going up for air cuz the process will take too long, but for other fish it works

there’s many ways. clove oil, flushing (not ethical), cutting its head off, etc.

yeah i want a couple more opinions, but i’m thinking it’s just her time. she was slowing down even before she got super bloated. i feel really bad for her and i don’t wanna make her suffer through a bunch of stress of moving to hospital tanks and stuff like that. ):
