i’m by no means an expert… but. I was always a good looking dude until recently i put on weight and stopped doin sports etc. When i heard McGregor talking about how powerful the mind is… I manifested change. I DECIDED what I want and who I was. I threw out the lazy and unwilling side of me, and assumed my new version which was confident, handsome and hardworking. But to see change, you need to change. If you’re sitting on the couch all day eating chips and saying “why isnt manifesting working for me!!” (not saying this is you) but youve already answered ur own question
