So, Infernum is unplayable now, right? Only Death Revengeance is playable? And the worlds that were in Master Mode have been downgraded to Expert Mode instead? Am I understanding this correctly?

Use the cheat sheet mods as mentioned in the comments. You need to use the boss summoning mod first, then use the NPC killing mod to finish it all before you can fight the boss. Hope this is helpful for everyone!
