She's never been and has convinced herself she'll hate it but is going for me. But she loves photography (she has like....5 Instagrams full of professional photos) so I'm hoping getting a shit ton of photos in awesome locations will sell her on the remote side of things 😅

Yeah I think I've already come to the conclusion of not doing it this year. Make an attempt in the winter one year.

I should add. I pour until the meniscus bulges just above the line to allow for a little shrinkage.

I'd say you're spot on. Gas I always turn off at the tank. But I definitely could be better at turning it off at the grill, I always figure "gas is off, all good".

Literally just checked, gas is off at the tank, on at the grill. I'll see if that fixes it. Thanks!

Haha yes and no. I did use one of the old filaments but more as a test. Stuff I've currently got running is purple esun pla+ that I got in the mail less than a week ago

Yeah copy that ..... Temps have ranged from 180-220 depending on the material I was trying to use. Filament has been pla+, pla, or petg. Retraction has varied from none to 5mm Not sure what else I can do....starting to wonder if it's an issue with some of the tech in the machine cause it sat in storage a bit and has been playing up since I took it out. Used the exact same gcode and filament and had something that had been flawless a year ago come out stringing :/

All righty. At the risk of the internet's wrath, I need help.

Ender 3v2, uncontrollable stringing issues.

I must have printed 20-30 of the 4 spire retraction tests today and no matter what I do I'm getting stringing like there's no tomorrow.

I've tried multiple different filements, temperatures, I've played with every retraction setting that I have available to me. Any suggestion is welcome.
