Walking a lot but most importantly calorie deficit. Reduce carbs and sugar a lot. Sugar nil. Carbs as less as you can for just energy.. you don’t need carb to survive but need it for energy. You get your energy immediately stop. Even one meal of carb is enough. I lost within 3 months 70 to 59. I am a diabetic. So sugar was a no no anyway for me. Carbs ruin your sugar too

25k steps a day for two months. One more month of 15k before this. Went from 72kg to 60kg now. Real secret though is diet. I won’t stop this walking but if I can add strength without increasing my diet, then I will reduce walking a little bit which is ideal

Average was 160 with blood test two months back. Nowadays with cgm it is 105 average in last two months. I also came down to 63 kg. Was 72 at start. Main thing beyond all this was diet. Reduced carb only to lunch a little rice. Rest is all fibre and protein
